itu pun 2-3 hari saya google for tiramisu dan melihat berbagai2 cara dan gaya ianya dihasilkan. apa yg saya boleh katakan, our MALAYSIAN VERSION OF TIRAMISU has been simplified and not so complicated as American/European version .. in their recipe - the 'cream cheese' part was made from scratch & it is not only cream cheese beat with whipping cream - it's more than that where they have eggs + egg yolks and it cooked first and beat till creamy and so on so forth - perhaps you can google for MARTHA STEWART website for the recipe and many others.so, resepi saya - saya ikut resepi oleh Hanieliza ... tima kasih ya sahabat blogger. saya buatkan dalam cupcake cup dan hasilnya memang sedap cuma not presentable kut ... sbb simple jer sbb nak menerai resepi kan ....
