ha'ah la.... dah lama berhajat sangat nak buat E'clairs tapi takda masa yang sesuai utk mencuba resepi cuma baru2 ni baru berkesampaian membuatnya setelah berulang2 kali membelek buku resepi 'Cheesecake' dan mata terhenti kat resepi E'clairs ni ...

Instead of Hazelnuts ( as per the original recipe ). i used Pistachios becoz i just like the color of the nuts - Green gitu ^__^
... kalau rajin cuba la - boleh juga google search for recipe in Bahasa ...
