Resepi Kek Cokelat Lembab yang mudah - HBD Batrisya

Assalamualaikum ...


...alhamdulillah - bumi di kedaerahan saya amat sejuk dan nyaman sekali 3-4 hari ini - amat senang sekali bila hujan menimpa bumi - biar basah biar sejuk biar damai .... biar kurang aktiviti luar yang banyak mengundang masalah jika kaki tersilap langkah ...

... pagi ni saya nak berkongsi resepi kek cokelat yang mudah - apa2pun kalau kita google search - berlambak2 versi kek cokelat kan dan saya seperti biasa menyenangi resepi yang dari website orang jawa ... *__^ jangan tanya kenapa ...











Resepinya -

Ingredients
Preparation
2 Cups Flour ( Tepung Gandum )
  1.  Preheat Oven to 300° F 
  1. (This is not a typo! This is a slow bake chocolate cake recipe.)
  2. Use Crisco Shortening to Lightly Grease and Flour 9 in. x 13 in. Baking Dish. (It's a one layer chocolate cake!)
  3. Place all the ingredients on the left into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix at medium or mediu
    m high speed until all ingredients are blended and smooth.
  5. Pour into Greased and Floured Baking Dish
  6. Bake for 1 Hour
  7. Test by sticking with knife in the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, it's done!
  8. Allow to cool.
2 Cups Sugar ( 1 cup castor + 1 cup Brown Sugar )
¾ Cup Hershey's Cocoa ( guna yg biasa )
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Eggs (I use large eggs)
1 Teaspoon Salt (optional if use melted butter)
1 Cup Buttermilk ( 1 cup full cream milk + 1 tbspn white vinegar )
Remember that you can freeze buttermilk so you have to make another buttermilk chocolate cake recipe.
1 Cup Mazola Oil ( or melted butter )
1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water ( +1 tspn instant nescafe )
